I have been involved in various sports in my career ranging from amateur to professional levels from a very early stage in my life.
I have attained excellent qualifications that are recognised worldwide; these were attained through Premier Training International, National Academy Of Sports Medicine and Future Fit.
My qualifications cover a wide spectrum of physical health, ranging from Sports Science, Core stability Training, Correcting Postural Disorders, Strengthening Muscular Imbalances, Pre and Post Natal, Weight Loss, Strength and Conditioning of muscle, Sports Massage and Rehabilitation and Personal Training.
I also have a vast wealth of knowledge in different styles of Martial Arts with over 13 years experience, ranging from teaching Self-Defense classes and courses for children and adults, as well as Self-Defense Seminars for corporate security firms, Weapons Training and fighting at Amateur and Professional levels throughout Europe.
I am constantly studying new training methods in the fitness industry, not only to further my own knowledge, but also to provide my clients with effective up to date training techniques. I am a very passionate person and extremely motivated. My strengths lie in understanding and treating each and every client as an individual.
I understand that some people can find training difficult and sometimes boring, but with my enthusiasm, as well as mental and physical support, there is no barrier we cannot overcome and no goal we cannot attain.
I believe that with focus and dedication you will be able to accomplish many challenges you set your mind to.
I am recognised in the fitness industry as an Advance Level 3 Personal Trainer.
I have my own private Insurance and Liability.
Nutrition
Having the right nutrition in our diet plays a very important part in keeping our body healthy.
The foods we eat provide our body with the fuel to function, if we eat healthy foods full of vitamins and nutrients then our body will be functioning in the optimum way.
Having a healthy diet can reduce your risk of developing diseases including Diabetes, High Cholesterol, Heart Problems, Cancer as well as Depression and Anxiety.

Everybody is an individual which means your needs will be individual.
By providing me with a detailed food diary of your intake for one week, I will then be able to analyse and give you my recommendations as to how to improve your diet whether it be for weight loss or athletic reasons.
