An incredible five star hotel with luxurious junior suites awaits you along with the wonderful staff at the hotel and those of La Dolce Vita Retreats. The site is located 15km from Nice Cote d’Azur Airport, between Cannes and Monaco. Chateau Saint-Martin & Spa majestically overlooks the typical Provencal village of Vence and the shores of the Riviera. Built on the ruins of an ancient Templar Commanderie, it features a 32- acre park with a poetic garden, two clay tennis courts, a spectacular infinity pool as well as a new spa offering “La Prairie” treatments.

You will be pampered from the time you arrive at the Nice airport where a private luxury sedan will whisk you the few minutes to the Chateau. A welcome cocktail reception will introduce you to Janice Briggs and the very talented faculty she brings to the retreat. Your meals will be prepared by the hotel’s renown chef Yannick Franques who will provide a gastronomy of true excellence which gives priority to the freshest ingredients. The days will be filled with substantive discussions with the faculty on a series of mind, body and spirit topics. But there will be lots of time for leisure, relaxation and spa treatments. Fun and informative excursions are planned. This will be a very special week for you to focus solely on yourself and enjoy the camaraderie of a handful of other interesting women. The retreat will have no more than 20 guests.

For women who enjoy traveling with their husbands, but also want to partake in the benefits of the La Dolce Vita Retreats program, we are able with the assistance of our travel agency partner, to arrange for daytime activities for the gentlemen, such as golf, sailing, fishing, museum/architectural tours, wine tasting, horseback riding, etc, all custom tailored to his interests.

The total all inclusive cost from arrival at the Nice Airport is $6,950 single occupancy (with the exception of beverages except where noted as part of the program of events, such as wine tasting). Pricing is based on $1.30/Euro. Prices subject to change without notice.

1st Payment: $1,390, due upon signing
2nd Payment: $2,780, due on or before November 26, 2008
Final Payment: $2,780 due on or before January 22, 2009

 Girlfriend Getaway Double Occupancy rate, per person, is $6,050

1st Payment: $1,210.00 due upon signing; 2nd payment of $2,420.00 due on or before November 26, 2008; 3rd payment of $2,420.00 is due on or before January 21, 2009.

Each of the six annual retreats features a variety of mind-body activities that allow you to re-connect with your essential self. Our guest faculty you will lead discussions on techniques to nurture your mind, body and spirit and we will practice those modalities daily.

Activities for this retreat include the following:

  • Daily fitness classes -  mat pilates, power walks, mountain hikes
  • Daily meditation and journaling classes
  • Wellness and Healthy Lifestyles workshops featuring Deborah Marzohl, nutritionist; Janice Briggs, Life Coach; and Anne Naylor, author, columnist and motivational speaker. 
  • Wine tasting organized by the Sommelier 
  • La Prairie Spa treatment package included for each guest
  • Creativity workshops: Dare to Dream; Mind Mapping; Creating the life of your dreams; Journaling & Self-Discovery
  • Original Perfume Creation for each guest
  • Excursions to Old Vence, St. Paul de Vence, Tourette sur Loup and surrounding areas including transport
  • Hiking the Baous
  • Museum visit in Old Vence and visit to St. Paul de Vence with private English speaking guide, including transport
